7.5.2008 The Czech Accreditation Institute, Public Service Company received a letter from EA Multilateral Agreements Committee attesting that CAI successfully passed thru re-evaluation visit. CAI continues to be a signatory to the EA MLA in the fields of calibration, testing, inspection and certification of Persons, management Systems and Products in compliance with the internationally accepted criteria ISO/IEC 17011.

07.09.06 With effectiveness from 1 January 2006, the Czech Accreditation Institute introduces a new service: "Update of the Scope of Accreditation", which will make it possible for the certification bodies operating certification of products to update, revise old documents or include new normative documents in their scope of accreditation.

21.06.06 On the occasion of the 15th anniversary of accreditation, the Czech Accreditation Institute issued a "Chronicle", which provides information about both the past and present of accreditation in the CzechRepublic.
8.3.06 Dear clients, on 16 March 2005, the Czech Accreditation Institute Public Service Company sent you a letter informing you about eventual use of the Combined ILAC MRA and IAF MLA marks on the accreditation documents. We would like to inform you that International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation has extended its conditions for the use of the combined ILAC MRA mark. Newly, from 1 April 2006 it is possible to use the mark on test reports, calibration certificates, letterheads, offers for work, in adds, on websites and in other documents relating directly to an accredited service, in order to demonstrate the accreditation by an ILAC MRA's signatory. In this way ILAC wants to harmonize its approach to the use of the mark with the rules of International Accreditation Forum. With regard to these changes, CAI has amended the Sublicence Agreement on the Combined ILAC MRA mark, and issued a Modification Form 01/06 to MPA 00-04-05. If you want to use the Combined ILAC MRA or IAF MLA mark, be so kind and call CAI to get information about possibility of conclusion of the Sublicence Agreement. The extended conditions of the use of the Combined ILAC MRA mark will be solved with the signatories of the Sublicence Agreement in form of an amendment by 28 February 2006. We believe that you will appreciate this information, and that the use of the mark will bring you benefits and recognition.
